Legal nature of the european union
Abstract
Europe attends an event of indescriptible connotation, even in importance by the antecedents solely that have given rise to the greater process of economic and political integration of all the times. The raised debate, enriched by the same essence that has nourished the great intellectual revolutions, will have to approach as far as the form and matter of a Europe constituted in Union, to the doors of a potential epistemologic rupture, that on approval put the categorización capacities that political scientists and jurists will have to formulate, or in defect to create, to define in terminology of international and constitutional right the phenomenon of a possible constitucionalización and consequent DESINTERNATIONALIZATION (as far as relations intra- members it talks about) of the European Union.
