Validación del instrumento “Measure of moral distress for healthcare professionals” en unidades del primer nivel de atención de los Servicios de Salud Pública de la Ciudad de México durante 2023-2024
Resumen
Objetivo: Validar el instrumento “Measure of moral distress for healthcare professionals” (MMD-HP) para situaciones que desencadenan angustia moral (AM) en profesionales de la salud mexicanos que laboran en unidades de primer nivel de atención durante el periodo 2023-2024. Materiales y métodos: estudio de tipo instrumental (validación de un instrumento de medición). La técnica de muestreo fue aleatoria estratificada en 250 unidades médicas del primer nivel de atención de los Servicios de Salud Pública de la Ciudad de México, donde laboran 7389 (N) profesionales sanitarios involucrados en la atención al paciente, de los cuales 367 (trabajadores) son trabajadores. La encuesta MMD-HP cuenta con 27 ítems en la escala de Likert y 2 preguntas abiertas. La validación se realizó mediante la evaluación de expertos, pretest y postest, el análisis factorial y el alfa de Cronbach. Resultados. El instrumento presentó una consistencia interna satisfactoria, con un alfa de Cronbach de 0,93 (α = 0,969). Conclusión: El instrumento MMD-HP-SPA-MX (versión mexicana) es válido y confiable, y puede utilizarse para identificar los factores que desencadenan la angustia moral (AM) en el personal de salud del primer nivel de atención en la Ciudad de México.
